Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Pork Feet , washed and diced big
  • 1/2 cup Black eyed beans , washed and soaked in water overnight
  • ½ lb Carrot, peeled and diced big
  • ½ lb Daikon Radish , peeled and diced big
  • 1/4 Pound Onion Quarter chooped
  • 1 oz Garlic chopped fine
  • 1 oz Ginger chopped fine
  • ½ bunch Cilantro
  • ½ bunch Scallion
  • ½ lb Tomatoes roughly chopped
  • 1 tbsp Cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 1
  • 1 tbsp Canola oil
  • ½ tbsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp szechuan peppers
  • 2 liters Water

Instructions
 

  • heat up a saucepan, put half teaspoon of oiladd pork feet, sear it offadd beans and vegetables, cook until their moisture dries outadd water leaving just ½ cup for saucebring it to boilskim off the cloud, lower the heat to lowadd cooked sauce, salt and peppersgarnish with scallion and cilantro
  • heat up a saucepan, add ½ tbsp of oiladd onion, garlic and ginger, cook until brownadd tomatoes, water, turmeric, and cumin powderturn down the heat to medium low, and cook the sauce for another 5 minutes while stirring
